. My name is Aaron Roldan, and I am the proud owner of this family-driven business. As a first-generation Latino, I grew up valuing hard work, perseverance, and the importance of community.
While pursuing my bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA certification, I faced financial challenges that led me to switch from DePaul to WGU University, seeking flexibility to support my wife and our recently born twin boys. I took a leap of faith to start this business and provide reliable, professional, and honest services.
Licensed and registered, we operate 7 days a week with a focus on building lasting relationships and exceeding expectations. At RV Landscaping and Snow Removal LLC, we treat every project as if it were our own, ensuring top-quality results and customer satisfaction every time.

Aaron Roldan is the Owner of RV Landscaping and Snow Removal LLC. Aside from managing the company, Aaron also leads his crews on a daily basis.
Roy Vazquez has been in the Lawn Care and Snow Removal Business for over 20 years. Roy is our go to person whenever we have a difficult job at hand.
Ulices Morales is our lead Sprinkler Technician. For 15 years Ulises has perfected his craft and designs only the most efficient sprinkler systems.
Gabriel Sanchez recently came from Mexico to search for financial stability. In only 2 years Gabriel has been able to develop into a high skilled Lawn Technician
