Village rules we plow by
- Elk Grove Village makes it unlawful to plow parking-lot snow onto Village streets or the right-of-way.
- In Itasca, only Village crews may put snow on a public road or sidewalk.
- Palatine and Highland Park hold owners responsible when their contractor pushes snow into the street.
- We serve business parks and commercial properties in Rosemont, Des Plaines, Schaumburg and across the O’Hare area.
When to book
Routes fill by geography. Sign by November 1 for first position on the route for the 2026–27 season.
Common questions
Seasonal or per-event?
Seasonal gives you one fixed winter cost, billed in installments. Per-event is priced by snowfall depth and costs less in a mild winter. We’ll price both so you can compare.
What’s your trigger?
A 2″ trigger for plowing is standard. Zero-tolerance service for walks and entrances is available for properties that need it.
Do you provide proof of service?
Yes. Every plow and salting is time-stamped, so you have records if a slip-and-fall claim comes up.
